I don't know if this behavior occurred prior to the 1.10.02 firmware, but when I now hold on an agency on a local EDACS system (eg. 04-xxx), I get absolutely no information about what TG the radio is following. In fact, the department and channel portions of the display do not display anything in the normal large or primary text. I get some random, fluctuating info after the "TGID" at the bottom of the channel display. It seems that the "i6775100" that shows up is common regardless of what TG it is actually following. This seems to randomly jump to what looks like AFS displays of 00-000 and 02-000 in addition to a less frequent series of numbers that cycle through too quickly for me to read. This happens regardless of what agency I hold on.
In fact, I just tried it on another local EDACS with the exact same results.

Do you know if your system is "EA" (Extended Addressing)?

The other one I tried it on in the Denver area was Aurora: Aurora Trunking System, Aurora, Colorado - Scanner Frequencies

Exact same behavior. Note that these are both ProVoice enabled, but mixed mode systems. I'll load up some standard analog EDACS and see what I get from those. I'm curious to see if others have the same result, either in CO or elsewhere. And if anyone who has not upgraded their firmware can test it and see if they get this result.

edit: Still the same behavior on a standard boring old analog only EDACS.

Well...we didn't know if it mattered, that's why I asked. Something must be different, so I was just trying to see what it may be.

Sorry.
That's why I asked as well..
I didn't question the question.
I just wanted to know more.
I could have done a better presentation of my question..

Tested it and got the same results for the Bexar/San Antonio ProVoice system. Exact same Id as well, wonder if that is like a system address for the control channel. Also I noted that when holding on agencies I was hearing what sounded like a patch, but if I scanned the same agency there was no conversations observed. Oh and if your on a TG and a priority TG goes active the old TG will not update with the new TGs info.
