BC785D Problem

When I go into system options, pc control, 19200 bps, hit enter, it get what sounds like open squelch when on a conventional bank, and cc sound when on a trunk bank, when someone talks it goes away, when they stop it comes back, it scans ok, but noise is always there until someone talks. I plugged the programing cable in right before I did this, way going to add talk groups to a system. Now it does it with or without the cable. If I turn off the pc control, the scanner acts normal. Any ideas?

I had to do a factory reset, and what ever was going on cleared up, reprogramed the scanner and it's back to normal.
