I'm trying to repair the antenna port on this scanner, and i believe that it's missing a resistor. Can someone please point me to a site that has a schematic for this scanner. Thanks!

I too am looking for one, I broke my resistor odff, it was a 2 M ohm resistor that goes down to the CB also there appeared to be a jumper wire that paralells the connection on the center part of the bnc connector and goes to the same part of the circuit as the (choke) coil theres a hole for the wire. I have to use my canned air duster to blow solder away carefully so not to get it on any other part of the board.
My assumption is that that resistor is there to bleed off any static charge
and protect the input device, most likely a FET. Since the resistor is in
parallel with the input the larger resistor would give less loss, but
insignificantly so. I think the 1.5 meg resistor is the right choice rather
than the higher 2.2 meg because it will bleed the static charge a little
(probably not measurable) faster

I have no useful input, but you may have broken a record for reviving a thread as this one is almost 8 years old.
