BCD396XT/BCD996XT: BCD-396XT Brevard County, FL

I have just returned from being out of the country for 3 months. Since returning, my scanner intermittently stops on any talk group and I hear what sounds like the data channel. I can make it resume scanning and it’s ok for a few minutes, but will do it again.
Does anyone have any advice?

Did you program by hand or if not, what app did you use? Did it operate correctly 3 months ago? No programming changes on your end since then?
