BCD436HP/BCD536HP: bcd 436 and 536 programming problems

i have both a bcd 536 and bcd 436 i am having programming problems the sentinel software is only downloading half of what i create in my favorites list i tried a new micro disk and reloading the software into my computer and nothing happens

1 Read from the scanner
2 Modify that list in your PC
3 Save the new list to your PC
4 Write to the Scanner
If you are just starting with a new blank list and write it to the scanner it is over writing the old list and all that is in the scanner now is just the new list.
If this is what you are doing are you turning on DOWNLOAD and MONITOR in the EDIT PROFILE under SCAN SELECTION.

Question to the OP: Are the "missing" systems/sites/whatever is missing not appearing in Menu > Manage Favorites > [name of FL]... or are they simply not being scanned although appearing where I mentioned?

Need more details about what is missing.

Is DL and MON enabled for all? Are the QKs enabled?
