Yes, you can copy the contents of one bank and paste it into another bank on the BCD260DN. This can be done through the programming software rather than directly on the scanner itself. Once you have the bank configured the way you want, simply duplicate it and assign it to another bank.

Keep in mind the BCD260DN uses a traditional bank/channel memory structure (10 banks with 100 channels each) rather than the dynamic memory used in the SDS or x36HP series, so organizing and duplicating banks is a common way to manage similar channel groups.

yes. im new to the digital part of scanning. got this scanner a mth ago should have spent a little more $ and got p25 but live in a rural area. a few county's are just starting into p25. so its good for what we listen to. learning curve on the digital programming with tone nxdn ran # lol. only issue id digital audio is off tried the attenuator. adjusted squelch. about everything that iv read to make it better but its the same. using a tram 1410 discone antana about 25 ft up. the base opperator sounds like shes been sucking helium from a balloon. mobile from cars sound ok. the tower from us is about 10 miles. coax is rg8x about 40ft run.idk

You can do it on the scanner itself, from page 29,30 of the manual.....
5. Copy Bank. You can copy the contents of a bank that has already been created and paste it into another bank. • Move the scroll bar to the bank you want to copy and select it. • Next, select Copy Bank from the Select Bank menu. 29 • Select the bank you want to paste the bank information into and press Yes/E to overwrite it. NOTE: The Bank name is not copied; please rename it after copying.
