I'm having problems with my BCD325P2. I had to reset it and I can't get the Free scan app to download to the scanner. I could get to the install but then it kept giving me an error about the port not connecting. Now it won't even let me load the local channels to the install app.
I have rebooted my windows 11 and run app restoring and every other kind of software and it still will not work.
I even shut down all my spyware and antivirus, and it still won't install.
