BCD325P2/BCD996P2: BCD325p2 quick key stuck on

BCD325p2 shows quick key 29 as being on, and i can't turn it off. all other qk's i can turn off, and when i do, it shows the "nothing to scan" screen, but qk 29 still shows as being on... any suggestions? I tried erasing and reloading everything through proscan and it didn't help.

Can you change it to a lower number or just remove the QK and lock it out via the menu.

I tried the quick key/search key tab and turned it off from there, and uploaded to the scanner... the 2nd time it worked. Not sure why it wouldn't turn it off via the scanner, even though all the other qk's that were on in that tab I could... But it's back to normal now anyway
