BCD396T Windsor area?

I understand that many of the Essex County fire departments are planning to switch to a new 400 MHz system. Does anyone know if this will be a trunked radio system? If so, will it use P-25 modulation?

Ok I finally got it , execpt for the fact that it seems impossible to change out of the NFM modulation type in preprogrammed service search (see my post "BCD396T Set Modulation for Service Search?" under uniden Scanners forum) So far it seems like a nice radio with great digital performance , Its
gonna take a while before I trust it & learn it like my BC200xlt,.....

that's our group for windsor.. not sure if someone mentioned it before. i got a 246t this week and it's fine. i can't see paying more than double for that other one.
