BCD396XT - Morris County P25 System

Hi I have a BCD396XT Scanner have had for a long time, use FreeScan to program. I am trying to program the Morris Co NJ P25 system but unable to. I downloaded a zip file of the freescan from a thread here still no luck. Does this scanner support this setup? I tried to upgrade my firmware on my Uniden but unable to since I have to connect it with a WIndows XP machine since thats the only one that will connect with my USB-1 connector. WOnt install the Uniden Upgrade software. Dont want to upgrade to a new scanner if I dont have to.. Thanks in advance!

Sanner is phase 1 and the system is listed as phase 2.

Even if the 396xt did Phase-II, simulcast distortion would be almost certain. Look at that heavy cluster of simulcast cells. Grab an SDS100 if your budget allows

Yup you need to start saving up for a SDS, you can get them used. You could also get a Unication product, they have great audio but only support scanning 64 talkgroups.
