I am locked between the Close Call, Search and WX Operation. I can only scroll between that menu system but cannot get back out to regular scanning mode. Cannot find anything in manual to direct me back to scanning. Turing the unit on and off just sends me right back where I was. This is crazy. Any suggestions?

If hitting the MENU button doesnt back you out, try removing the battery for a hard reboot?

Thanks, but that does not work. Well, I know I can just restore the last configuration of my Sentinel Software but that fixes the problem but doesn't teach me how to properly get out of those Close Call, Search or WX screens. Just traps me again next time I go there. :-(

Tell me the exact key combo you are using to get "trapped" and ill try it on my 536 and see what happens.

I figured it out. You must hit Function + System to get back to scan. Wow that was frustrating.

OK, yea...I should have remembered that...its the same key combo to exit Discovery mode too.
