BCD436HP/BCD536HP: BCD436HP Newbie Issue

Well I just got a new 436 and I am very happy with it...but I went through the database and downloaded everything needed to Sentinal...selected what I wanted and made a favorites list which happened to be "WV SIRN" in WV....Turn the list ON and good...but as soon as I avoid or delete anything in the list the 436 says "Nothing to Scan"...I don't understand. Am I missing something.

I'd suggest using location control.
That way, the radio knows where is is physically at - and only monitors stuff that is in rande.
No need to delete anything....

By default, not all service types are turned on. Start there.

Service types were good, but CC was messing up as was location control....thanks folks!
