I'm planning on using this scanner in my car and running power to it via usb. When my car is off, the usb power will also be off.
Hopefully an option can be added to a future firmware release that will allow me to select a timeout value and default action to be performed in response to the "usb cable detected, select usb mode, mass storage = e, serial =." message
Unless, I am missing something the scanner will wait indefinitely for user input.
