Can't speak for Wisconsin specifically but I'd assume not anymore. HRO was the only store years ago (as least in my area) when the 436 & 536 were Uniden's flagship models where you could walk in and buy one

Try a local HAM radio shop, I can't say I've seen many stores that carry them. If you're lucky enough to have a Radio Shack try there as well. Sadly at the end of the day, the stores may need to order it for you or you'll have to go online. Best of luck.

Ham Radio Outlet is the only store in the Milwaukee area that would sell it, I was in there yesterday but I don't recall seeing any up front they had quite a few SDS radio's and with OASIS being a simulcast system they work great but I understand due to the steep price it can be a cost prohibitive radio to get
