When I go to the database tab and click on RRDB Differences then on the next screen go to Get RR data nothing happens. I don't use the feature a lot but I have used it several times of the last couple of years and it's a very handy tool. There was a recent software update so I'm wondering if that's the problem. All other features (that I use) seem to be working fine.

There was a change in ver. 23.5 4/1/25 that made the RRDB Differences function more reliable.
The RRDB indexes were stored in the "RRDB Import.txt" file and changed to being stored in the favorites files.
When upgrading, the "RRDB Import.txt" should have been read if the upgraded version was installed in the same folder as the older version.

You may want to see if the "RRDB Import.txt" exists on your computer and move the file to the current ProScan folder and restart ProScan. If not, I'm afraid your SOL and in that case a RRDB Import needs to be redone.

The file is there in the Proscan folder and I'm able to open it. The database column is fine but when I click GET RR Data shouldn't that be getting that from the website ? How else would it know what's different than my current database?
