BCD325P2/BCD996P2: BCD996P2 skipping over two tone paging

I’m having a weird issue on my 996P2. On only one analog frequency, when they’re sending a two tone page over the air, the scanner keeps scanning right over the channel. Once the tones stop, it picks up the channel immediately. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix?

Does that channel have PL programmed? They may not send PL when they tone out.

Yes I know a few counties who only send the PL out when the voice dispatch begins. Camden County, NJ is a notable example of this. Take the PL out if programmed

Finally had a call come in while next to the scanner. Removing the PL did the trick. Thank you!
