If you are seeing that on the scanner, then there are no channels on the scanner with that service type
Update your Sentinel profile to have Railroad enabled. Then, if you have a Favorites list with one or more Rail channels, those will be downloaded to the scanner the next time you update the lists and database on the radio.
If you had Railroad channels in a Favorites list, but that type was not enabled in your profile, they would not have been written to the scanner. Which would have resulted in the blank line you are seeing.
