Anyone have a clue what price range the BCT15 will sell for?

The BCD996T has a retail of over $800 but sells at usascan.com for $519.

Any ideal what the 15 is going to go for?

Thanks,

matt

The BCT15 isn't available yet, is it? The Hobby Radio Shop makes it look like it is.

Not at this time. Paul O. said yesterday on the BCT15 Yahoo Group it was a month or so away from release.

That's funny, I remember hearing it would be almost $100 more and that it was way overpriced :)

I remember that also. I hope it stays at the price the Hobby Shop is offering!

Yep, that's the one. You weren't off by much. :)

If you had analog systems only you could get two 15's for the price of a 996.

Which would actually be very good, if as you note, there was no need for digital. Unfortunately, even though I'm in MA, NH, CT, and RI have or are going to have lots of digital. The one system in Boston that is going digital is going Pro Voice so that won't do me any good.

In any event, the BCT15 looks like it will be a good secondary unit for my house. Anyone want to buy a BCT8?
