BCT15X State frequencies Question

Hey folks,

does anyone know if the preprogammed state memories in the BCT15X can be accessed or edited?

Im using Free Scan for editing memories.

My interest is Low VHF skip so I'd like to delete all the VHF Hi / UHF freqs.

Anyone know if thats possible?
