My scanner started acting up the other day. I am scanning Racom's EDACS system. I have two systems that I monitor. The other day I started hearing what I am pretty sure is the control channel. Sometimes it just locks up on it and sometimes it starts with voice and then goes to the contol channel. I am using Freescan to program my scanner. Is there something I can change to make this stop? I have tried locking out the control channels and set each channel to receive analog signals only. Neither seemed to make a difference. Any suggestions?
