That is the Bear Tracker System which is very outdated. That programming was written before the scanner was originally released in 2009.

Press HP until it goes away...I believe it is 4 times.

Well some how its working . I'm listening to ohp , Craig Co , Delaware co , Miami PD and a few other agencies . so it must not be to out dated .

It depends on what, if anything has changed since 2009 in your area. Some areas have not changed at all where others have upgraded to P25 trunked systems.
