I programmed in the OC Trunked System, but the RR Database still lists these frequencies:

RR Database said:
Beachwood, Borough of

Police dispatched on county trunked radio system.

Frequency License Type Tone Description Mode
153.99500 M Police Talk-Around FM
155.02500 WNHR618 BM 127.3 PL Office of Emergency Management FM

Does anyone know if there is any activity on these frequencies or are they not being used any more?

The police talk around frequency is apparently being used, according to someone whp posted here quite some time ago. It is probably a low power simplex (no repeater) frequency used for the cops in the cars to talk to each other. You would have to be in the immediate area of the cars to hear it. I Live in Brick and they have a Channel 3 Police frequency that is low power simplex (no repeater) and unless they are in my neighborhood I can't receive them.

As for the OEM frequency, I can't help you.
