Does anyone know which frequencies for AMR are still active or have they moved over to a trunking system. I've seen the employees walking around with next edge trunking capable radios, but I've been standing these frequent season. Haven't been able to hear anything. I'm in the downtown Riverside area.

I moved out of Riverside early last year. As of then:
154.3625 don't know.
155.115 Never heard anything here.
155.205 desert disp had switched to digital.
155.22 don't know.
155.265 amb to hosp was still in use analog.
155.295 disp had switched to digital.
155.355 disp had switched to digital.
463 / 468.0375 don't know.

When they went digital on VHF, I found them still analog on 452.6875 and 463.1125. Although analog, these seemed to be repeating the digital transmissions on 155.295. Possibly inputs to the VHF digital repeater? I logged the 452 freq as recently as this year on a return trip to Riverside. Try these two and see what you get.

Thank you. Do you know how their call signs work or which ones would be the most active or any other info would be awesome

AMR in Riverside county is using conventional NXDN for now. Check out the link below to the Riverside County EMS agency Google Drive. It has what looks like the same frequencies from the OP but has a few more details on uses. AMR also has the repeaters programmed to open for analog conventional with the PLs/DPLs listed in the Google Drive and repeat it for a limited amount of time.

REMSA Radio Communication Standard

With all that said the rumor mill says AMR will be required to switch to PSEC in the not so distant future for dispatch and field to hospital contacts.

And yes, there was a short time when the handhelds were UHF and transmitted to a repeater in the ambulance. Some of the ambulances still have the repeater but the UHF handhelds are gone.

I can confirm the UHF is still analog - this is the only freq I listen to in the West End of Riverside county

I was working at RCH when AMR came out to setup a sat connection. I think it was for telemetry info for the patients and voice comms.
He would not say too much about it. They were making changes to their system for sure. They did install a computer with comms to talk with the hospital ER about patients.

This was a few years before I retired from there late 2020.
