hulka said:I had from a radio that I read the frequency of 153.965 PL of 127.3. I had it in my MCS 2000 and received them fine.
I do not have the software anymore so I can not pull up the archive file and look. But I have it in my notes that I still have of the frequency and PL.

CaptRuss330 said::idea: After checking my notes and the radio the channel you are listening to was the old input channel for the mobile radio extenders they were using on the old low band system. They used to carry VHF portables with the mobile repeater hooked up in the trunk, they would transmit on the VHF channel to the car and then get repeated by the car on the old 37.06 mhz to the county. I think that channel has been pretty much abandoned.
hulka said:They do not have low band radios in the cars anymore. Just UHF & VHF.
hulka said:They were pulled out after they phased in the TRS ~ 1997 in all the cars. They have 2 antennas on the back of the cars and Durango. A high band 1/4 wave and UHF 1/4 wave. 1 on trunk and 1 on roof.
hulka said:155.025 is the OEM frequency. PL 127.3. Believe it is even in RR database too. I think I submitted it.
hulka said:They used it if they were out doing something but I do not know how many active people that they have in the OEM anymore. I beleive Lt. Cairns is the person in charge. ( I think he might be a captain thinking about it) Talk to him and see if they need help. Just a thought for you if you are into that kind of stuff.
