Hello, I bought a used 890XLT but it's not picking up (nearly) any channels. The weather channels work. I received a random channel playing Spanish music and another one seemed to be a kid playing around with a radio. I'm in Northern California. Any tips welcome. Thanks!

I don't think your scanner can do anything P25.
