No it is not possible.
It does offer a wide range from 25 to 956 MHz though. Why do you need the cellular range ?

its not that I want the cell numbers, I like working with electronic and was looking forward to the challenge. oh well.

It is a really good "conventional" scanner. Does not "trunk". But, again a really good "conventional" scanner!!
