Beeping on Repeater

When listening to the 147.345 repeater in El Paso county in Colorado, there is a beep that happens every 3 seconds. I have verified this on several devices and with different people. I’m trying to find out who provides this feed in case it’s on their end. Thanks.

Definitely on the feed providers side.

It's "low battery" alert tones on the scanner being used for the feed. This also occurs if external power supply voltage is low.
