Hi. What does BELL Ambulance dispatch on? Theres a Racine station and was wondering if i could hear them on my sds100?

The one frequency listed in the database is encrypted NXDN so no, you would not be able to hear this on your SDS100 or any other non-affiliate radio. Not seeing any listing in RRDB or FCC specifically for Racine however...
