Dan....thanks for the info and responding...im not sure what the band plan needs changed to....i believe i had changed to band plan for belmont county a while back....do i need to change to another....I hoping to find a reason to keep my 536 that i purchased in june.....loosing belmont county was huge as i live in shadyside.....at least being able to hear something from belmont will be helpful....

Thanks for the info. Had my scanner at work full bars and nothing. It worked perfectly Monday at work but not at home with 2 to 3 bars

don't know how i missed it ... but ALL the user ids have changed. You will need to reprogram your scanner with the correct IDs
