I just listened to the audio... WVSP took him seriously until they were pulled over with the guy and he got out of the car. Dispatcher checked with Hagerstown, MD and they were looking for him. Apparently he was passing out business cards with his info and stating he was with the Sheriff's Office. There was a note that he was dangerous. Berkeley Co. K9 unit searched vehicle before he was taking away (hopefully in a straight jacket).
