I'am from Martinsburg myself, the new uhf digital system is in progress the frequencys are listed in the RR Data base, with the controll channel listed. Berkeley Co. just got the Lic. first part of June. I have it going in the Pro 96, but no traffic as of now. But I expect that will change because theres updates being added often. I believe my e-mail is listed if you want to share any new info.

Yes to the north Mtn. site. With my R/S Pro 96 my signal is in the upper 90's. on the control channel. I have looked at this site(RR) off and on for sometime. sent in a donation first of the week. I use Win-96 by Don Starr and with RR. the hobby is very enjoyable. I have Loudon Co. VA. Digital system programed into the scanner and at times pick it up well, with the stock antenna.
