Best Incident Paging for DC?

Anyone have any feedback on the incident paging networks & what type of volume/info they provide for the DC area & particularly incidents in DC proper? So far the ones I've heard of are IPN, NINN & MFN, but not sure which are more active in this area or if some are more fire or police related. Thanks for the input.

Our paging group, Virginia Fire Network, works closely with DCFirecom, and they seem to provide very timely and accurate information for DC and NoVA. I will get contact info for them if you'd like.
