Often, when Bethany goes 10-97 on a scene and then goes 10-98, they give a two-digit number following 10-98. So I'll hear them say 9802 or 9805. What does that extra number mean?

And is there any particular reason why Bethany chose 10-59 & 10-60 for a traffic stop instead of 10-60 & 10-61?

the 0# deal is the disposition code.

They generally mean things like unfounded, no report, report, false alarm, and things like that.

F.S. is right on Midwest City (MCPD 1) or (6A MWC PD 1) you will hear 10-98, 10-8 D-1 thew D-10 or F.A.L. False Alarm at Location, F.I. or G.O.A. or U.T.L.

The officer is letting the dispatcher know what happened at the call..
