Anyone notice that Bismarck fire is not transmitting currently, did I miss something?

Aren't they encrypted?

They are also transitioning to SIRN. Burleigh County, North Dakota (ND) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

So far it looks like Fire is not encrypted in SIRN, but their previous frequency is patched which is encrypted. TAC channels are not, but that could change.

I was listening to them a week ago on my BCD996P2 and they disappeared same thing with PD, FD. I had 2 brain surgeries, which resulted in seizures so I can’t drive and stuck at home so I need/want the radio to keep me company.

Fire was encrypted before SIRN, wasn't? It looks like right now there's a patch into the SIRN system from the former channel.

The P2 scanner is Phase II capable so now reprogram Fire as per the database here that I linked to... Your issue is more than likely due to the new SIRN system coming online. It's P25 Phase II. North Dakota Statewide Interoperable Radio Network (SIRN 20/20) Trunking System, Statewide, North Dakota

Thanks for the info, just got out of the hospital, will look at the siren download tomorrow.
