I can report nothing heard 2 miles away except the medics who seem to be on a repeater…and the antennas on the office are gone…but security carries radios…baffling

Looks like a small uhf antenna on office roof at Bloomsburg…what freq range would you search
UHF 451.0 to 470.0MHz. 12.5KHz spacing.
I would say conventional. Wx permitting, I hope to get there today (Fri). I'll have 2 BCD436 scanners for scan & search. Also, I'll be carrying my FT-3D with 146.565 FM pl 151.400. Call is N3VMY.
Got to the B-Brg fair late, so only stayed about 2hrs. Only conv freq heard was 159.3375 csq. Scanning all the conv freqs from last year and had close call on vhf/uhf. Heard PEMA cllng Blair Co for r/c on the Starnet system with no reply. Had a cc hit from B-Brg college unid "unit 53 to zone" color code 1 on 155.880. Had a few a/c on the B-Brg airports 122.8 freq.

I just can’t figure this out…we know all the frequencies listed are defunct and I mentioned removing but that didn’t happen…I’ve heard the radios working on security but can’t find them…I doubt they would have encrypted radios oh well it’s only one week a year and was crappy all week..thanks for your checking
Hopefully I'll get a second chance to listen if we get to the fall harvest event Oct 3 - 6.
Didn't get there this year. Have to wait until next year to do more frequency searching.
