So I have been gone for about four years and recently returned to the Maryville, TN area to live out my golden years. I've done some updating of my scanners and began searching the unidentified talkgroups of the TACN system for Blount County. I had two hits right off the bat this morning.
10005 - I could only hear one side of the conversation as the other side was encrypted. Male voice, "You can go ahead and open it up." "What was your residual?" "Are you all the way open?" And "OK, I got it." There were some other transmissions, but these are the ones I was able to write down.
10060 - "Hello." "Hey Charlie, can you hear me?" "No, I can't hear you." "Can we actually hear each other?" "Yea this will be good for us now." Then a female voice came on and said, "This is channel one for xxxxxxx department. You need to change to the channel you need to be on." And that was it. I apologize I didn't catch which department it was, we could have had this identified without a doubt!
