Apparently this county can afford LOCUTION dispatching, you get correct pronunciation, understandable calls dispatch way better that the BIG county, CLARK,jsut over the county line with voice taht talk so fast you can barely understand and they PAGE every call out to that department people. Noticed locution being used this morning . Springfield is still encryted but combined dispatch they have with city county really needs to think LOCUTION as county Sheriff uses CAD for many calls but township fires still uses Voice dispatch.

Cheaper solution is dispatcher in-service lessons, and management intervention when calls are not properly articulated.
