I'd just like to say that I wish Harris, Moto or even Uniden had anywhere near the level of customer service that BlueTail offers. Seriously, Todd is absolutely fantastic.

My unit developed a defect, I shipped it out to him last week, I just got it back today, good as new.

Same here, shipped it out late last week and tracking says it will be here tomorrow.

I asked Todd how much money I should stuff into the package and he wouldn't take any.

I botched a firmware update, requiring a trip back to the creator.

I was just wondering how you made out with the unit after seeing the post about it. I had no doubts that Todd would handle it right.

I never had to send my unit back, but when I had a couple issues, Todd addressed them in the firmware/software updates within hours of my reporting them. Heres another thumbs up to his customer service!

I am resetting the P25RX up now (is that even grammatically correct?) but so far so good.

I would like to add my good experience with Todd @btt.
My original P25RX had a stiff USB C connector that eventually failed.
I sent it out Thursday 2-17, he received it Saturday 2-19 repaired it and sent it out that same day.
Today Tuesday 2-22 I received it back and am monitoring the soon to be new PSERN King County control channel.

Excellent service. Thank you.
