I think the Taotronics will pair with two devices only. I think there is a factory reset process that you might need to use if you want to pair to a different device(s).

I figured it out. If you want to remove paired items from this unit, all you have to do is move the switch from transmit to receive or vice versa. I am not a fan of earbuds. So, I ordered BT headphones. Now, I don't have to worry about those blasted things coming out of my ears. I was able to pair several different speakers with this method.

I did. I wasn't really happy with the outcome, as far as an SDS100 goes. It's probably an OK unit for phone-to-speaker operation, but apparently the 100 doesn't have enough "umph" to push the audio necessary to make it a viable Bluetooth accessory.

Thanks. I am looking for something that I can use to bluetooth my SDS100 to my motorcycle helmet while riding

During this past week, I enjoyed the use of my Taotronic BT adapter, in the dental chair. Instead of holding my radio with wired headphones, which generally got tied up in my dental bib or worse, I was able to freely listen to my SDS 100 while they were drilling away.

My experience was "heightened" by an ample flow of nitrous oxide. The effects of this wonderful gas (professionally-induced) were quite effective since it reduces anxiety and makes me smile for ear-to-ear.

Up to a point, I could hear understand what was being transmitted on the radio. Then, my interest waned a bit for obvious reasons.

Now, I can enjoy dental and physician procedures a bit more. However, I don't believe it will help me ignore a cystoscope examination.

I really enjoyed having a "wire-free" ride on my bicycle. I have experienced countless near-wrecks by having the wires getting into my spokes and wrapping around my pedals, or worse, axles.

With all of the flashy lights, I am expecting another traffic stop by Woodway PD. Yes, I have been pulled over two times while riding.

Thanks to all who recommended this BT unit.

Is the lack of fidelity related to the earphone jack? I have not found one external speaker that sounds good on this radio. I was curious if the same crap quality occurred with a Bluetooth adapter as well. What I still don't understand is why stereo earphones sound great.
Agree. I have tried different types of earphones and none sound good. (The Bluetooth adapter works well.). Anyone know how many ohms the the earphone output is? Perhaps the issue with earphones?

Finally found some very old earbuds that sound good. Must have been an ohm mis-match with my other devices.

I use a KotiSIG BT from Ama of the zon. It has a screen you would be able to see you cars device name. I have not used it very much, I just received it last week. I want to use it driving on trips. I was able to connect two different headphones (Sennheiser and Audio-Technica) and a pair of Soundcore-Anker earbuds.

Update: I used it in my house connected to my scanner using the earbuds for over three hours tonight. It worked well and I took out the trash about 25' away and I could still hear the scanner. I'll be taking a trip in a few weeks. Just make sure if your headphones or earbuds can control the volume make sure to turn it up. At first The volume was low then I turned up the volume on the earbuds.

When I used the CB with BT, there was a delayed response with the BT devices I mentioned. I suppose the more expensive BT adapters have less delay.
