Bonaire scanning?

Hello from 'not-so-sunny' Oregon,
My wife and I are headed to Bonaire next month and I was just wondering if it's worth taking my scanner along. Does anyone here know anything about the frequencies used there for Public Safety? VHF? UHF? Encrypted? Trunked? P25? Analog? Would Dutch be the language spoken over the air or English? Any help would be much appreciated!

What did you find out while there, if anything? I'm curious to know since Bonaire one of the likely destinations for my next dive trips.
