I was able to remote into my SDR (i'm away from home right now) and unknown TG 47140 is also very active, sounds like a law enforcement or security channel related to the festival. They're issuing citations so possibly a LE ops channel.

I’m listening from Nashville off the TN Tower site. Had brief hits this morning (47140) with female voice “command to team 2”. Then it’s been silent since at my location. However, 4067 is strong. It’s in the System Wide Interop and Mutual Aid as Ch 13 according to database.
