Bourne Police on zone 3/4 since last week

Bourne Police have been operating on 38128 on zone 3 and 4 since last week. Have they finally switched to the Talk group permanently? Or is the department having issues on the conventional 857.4125? It seems Yarmouth Police have made the switch as they have been on zone 4 for the past couple of months already.

You will notice that after some serious rain they move to the Trunk, my assumption based on the past history [same occured in July] that it is equipment issues
