Seems like BBFD (TG 485) is testing a new Locution dispatch system similar to PBCFR Tac-6A (RIP). Also rumor has it that the City of BB is in talks with PBCFR for a take over. Unknown if PD is also going to be merging with PBSO.

It was voted down because the City could not meet the financial responsibilities towards pensions (on the Police side).
