BR330T UASD Software Bug?

When I use UASD and go to Search Lockouts and try to Lock Out a higher frequency such as 1086.3500 I get a Frequency Out Of Range Error and it will not let the software lock it out. I can hit L/O on the scanner and that works, except when I Write to Scanner later that hardware lockout is gone.

It will let me add it to the boradcast screen and effectively lock it out there if I want.
