Bracketed Values In Site Column

In the "Sites and Frequencies" tables, sites column ... what do the bracketed values represent? No tip when hovering over the column or data.
I tried a search here ("site column", "bracketed values", bracketed values in site column") but nothing popped out to answer.

That is the HEX value and the number before it is the DEC (decimal) value. If you click on the site it will give you this info at the top. Talkgroups also have a DEC/HEX value listed.

DEC is most common and what you'd use for programming. Although I believe some software, especially commercial grade, allows for programming via HEX.
