I haven’t checked. I have been watching agenda free TV about it on YouTube. I’ll try to keep everything up-to-date.

I wonder if they have a command center set up

Are they using statewide channels on this event? Praying for the families.

In listening to the archives, I was noticing there were no tones when the dispatcher was paging out various calls. Do they use tones over the radio? Or do the tones just go to individual stations?

If im wrong someone can correct me. I believe they are toned over 800mhz p25 (MPSCS). So the tone out is over a seperate talkgroup and their pagers will alert when that talk group carries traffic. This would be a seperate talkgroup made for each FD and also patched to the county main fire talkgroup. You wont hear the tone because its on the end users device so you will only hear the voice. Thats how its done in my area.
