Update on escapees from ISP Michigan City

For the past hour, ISP D13 Troopers, Indiana State Prison correctional officers, Michigan City PD, and the La Porte County Sheriff have been searching the area of the South Shore train depot. At this time Lake County Sheriff's helicopter and the ISP Copter 1 are in the air, all of their traffic is on ILEEN. The belived to be escapee is Lance Battreal

Does anyone know what or who they are looking for in the Patoka Lake Area? I can hear traffic on M/A-1 - T/G 64624 that includes ISP - U.S. Marshalls - & local law enforcement.

8:30AM Weds 7-22-09 Westbound I -74 at the 68 Milemarker Semi vs SUV. Brownsburg Fire with Medic and Medic 111 on scene. 1 confirmed death and 1 SOR. All radio traffic for Fire is on Hendricks Co, Fire( 32-HCF- OPS- 1) Police using Hendricks County Ops 3. They do have a diesel fuel leak on scene and have called for INOT for a Truck load of sand.West bound I -74 is closed from I-465 on the west side of Indianapolis to Ronald Regan Parkway.Corner car 4 is on the scene.

Probably one of the escapees from the Indiana State Prison at Michigan City. They did wind up arresting one of the escapees in southern Indiana.

The one they caught Tuesday morning in Rockport was already in the Vanderburgh County jail in Evansville when this search was going on last night. It could be the 3rd one that is still at-large.

Mark Booher was caught today 7-23--09 just north of my home at The Inn Town Suites located at 86Th and Michigan Road.I did see WTHR Channel 13 Helicopter flying over my home today and did not know anything about it until I had a phone call from a family friend who saw the story over on WTHR 13.The person who turned him in works at a Denny's Resturant and he lives at The Inn Town Suites.According to WTHR Channel 13 news he was taken to Indiana Deparment of Corrections Unit for Holding in Plainfield.

ISP Dist 52 at 9:30AM has a traffic stop on I-70 and Roseavelt ave.ISP has k-9 out on a track.Two black males ran from the trooper.ISP Patching ISP 52 ops 1 to Countywide for METRO. Also Indiana Department of Highways has a crew that has been hit by a driver at the 2.8 Mile marker on I-70 at 465 calling for ambulance.Radio Traffic was on 52 TMC 6416.

10:00AM Thursday 7-30-09 Dist 53 ISP sending a trooper to a residence somewhere in there district where a person mowing grass along side a road has found a bag that had a gun inside.

Starke County Sheriff's Dispatch reports a emergency plane landing at the Starke County Airport emergency crews have been dispatched. Sheriff's Deputy on scene requested Knox Fire and Knox Police unit to disreguard. Police unit on scene requested dispatch to contact Airport personel.

Camground Disturbance Near Verizon Wireless Music Center

Hamilton County, campground at 146th St. and Olio Rd. Signal 100 on Counywide TG all available HCSD and Noblesville cars responding! Fire was spotted in the middle of the campground. Law Enforcement attempted to put out fire with extinguishers and crowd turned on them. Noblesville Fire also responding with engine and grass truck. Wayne Township grass truck also dispatched.

Bottles being thrown at law enforcement, some of whom are equipped with shotgun-propelled bean bags.

Putnam County Sheriff ( 67-PCS Disp) reporting trees down and no power on the North Side of Cloverdale.99-4 is reporting hail north of the truck stop in Cloverdale.Also Citizen reported a Funnel Cloud on Mahatten Road and I-70 in Putnam County at 9:30PM 8-11-09

17:30Hrs Weds 8-12-09 10-50 Motorcycle PI Northbound I-65 at the 140Mile Marker.Motorcycle into a retaining cable,Boone Co. Dispatch has received two calls doing CPR on the Driver at this time.All traffic has been assigned to (Boone Co. Countywide.) Accident is a Fatal and calling for 6-12 to reconstruct the accident.Boone County Sheriff 6-1 is on the scene along with fire,EMS. and other Law Enforcement and Wreckers times 2.Took one victim to Withiam Hosptial.Calling for 10-79 Corner along with a chaplain to the scene. 18:00 Hrs I -65 is open and all units are back in service

Thursday 8-13-09 9:02AM Lawrence Twp Fire on scene at Costco on East 86Th Street,Squad 331 reporting that they have found a landing gear into the roof with large hole in the roof.No injures.Fire Control has called the FAA as per requested by Bat 3.They have the scene secured and are wating for FAA. Sounds like a aircraft has lost a landing gear flying over the building.They are using MECA Fire North talkgroup.
