Unfortunately we've had a few bad accidents here in Brevard Cty where Fire/Rescue have had to call in Life Flight to fly victims to the hospital. I have not heard BCFR communicating with Life Flight on any group. They usually talk on the 'Air Ops' groups.

The four listed here (RR) for Air Ops -1 thru -4, (0193)01-081, (0194)01-082, (0195)01-083, & (0196)01-084) are in conflict with East Central Florida Scanner Page where they list the four under (0449)03-081, (0450)03-082, (0451)03-083, & (0452)03-084. I've programmed in both and heard nothing.

Today, an accident on I-95 called for them to communicate on "Air Ops 2", I heard nothing on either (0194)01-082 or (0450)03-082.

Can anybody update these talk groups? Thanks.

The HEX, Decimal and AFS talkgroup numbers are correct on my website.
The AirOps talkgroups are not WideArea so you must be listening to the right tower to hear them.
Here in South Brevard County I can only hear AirOps4 on the Palm Bay tower.

John,
Now that BCRF is updating their talk-groups and it looks like there's only one Air Ops for Fire and one Air Ops for LE, are they now "wide-area" and can be heard on all Systems?

I am guessing that they will be "wide-area". Will have to wait and see.

449 03-081 AirOps Fire
450 03-082 AirOps Medical

You have to be on Rockledge Tower to hear on that TG.

I was on the Rockledge Tower, Site-2.

As of Wednesday, 4/2, BCFR had not full made the transition to the new Air Ops TalkGroups. An accident on 528 called in AirCare and they commuicated on "Air Ops 2" and I did here them.
