I was getting them conventional this weekend. I'll have to listen.
They're still analog.
You were most likely hearing Greenburgh PD, which is in Westchester County, NY.
I was able to decode some with DSD+.
It's P25 - NAC 156.
I also heard the CW id. It's KNEP960.
