Does anyone know what is up with 472.2000 pl 179.9 which is Denville Fire? About a month ago I began hearing the digital transmission noise, but it is breaking the PL, so not sure if there is some migration getting ready to take place.

if it's breaking thru the CTCSS, then it is not P25 from Denville, likely something getting into the Repeater and causing interference (could be from a remote RX site) P25 and CTCSS won't work together at the same time.

Yeah I found it odd. When I hit it on just a search it shows the CTCSS also.

Since DPD is DMR, is there any chance it could be bleed-over from that?

Not hearing anything odd over this way on a mobile. Fire still on analog, PD on DMR. I'll strip the PL from their channel when I get home to see if I hear anything on the scanner.

It won’t be Riverdale Fire either. They are still analog, with same frequency(and a strong signal that gets out pretty nice).
